Simmerstate takes the privacy of your mental health information seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how it is used.

What we collect

Check-in responses (mood, sleep, energy, stress), meal plan interactions, grocery cart data, and in-app messages with Beckie. We collect your email address and name at signup.

How it's used

Your data is used to personalise your meal plans, improve Beckie's recommendations, and operate the service. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not share your mental health data with advertisers.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, request deletion, or opt out of certain processing at any time by emailing privacy@simmerstate.com.

Mental health data

We treat your mental health data with extra care. It is encrypted at rest and in transit. It is not accessible to third-party advertising platforms.
