Simmerstate is a food-as-mental-health support service. Beckie is an AI-assisted personal chef. She is not a medical provider, therapist, or licensed clinician. Nothing on Simmerstate constitutes medical advice.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Simmerstate for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer our protocols, scrape our content, or misuse the platform.

Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods.

Limitation of liability

Simmerstate is a wellness tool, not a medical service. We are not liable for outcomes related to mental health. If you are in crisis, please contact 988 or your healthcare provider immediately.
